Ace A. Rush, 68, of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully at home on May 9, 2011.
Born: December 30, 1942 in Phillipsburg, NJ, he was a son of the late Asa and Sophia Rush.
Personal: Ace was a lifelong resident of Washington. Ace worked at Oxford Textile for more than 30 years, retiring in 2002. He graduated from Washington High School, class of 1960.
Ace loved crossword puzzles. He was a very intelligent man who was loving and dedicated to his family.
He was of Methodist faith.
Survivors: his loving wife of 40 years Ruthann; two sons, Gary Lee Rush of Stewartsville, Jason A. Rush and his wife Christine of Stewartsville; two grandsons, Zachary Taylor and Alexander Jacob; three nephews, James Bolmer, Jeffrey Bolmer and Timothy Herman; a niece, Stacey Modica.
Services: Visitation will be Friday, May 13, 2011 9 to 11 a.m. at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral services will be Friday, May 13, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Pastor William Noll officiating, at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. Burial in the Washington Cemetery, Washington, NJ.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of one’s choice.
