Bill Krouslis, of Washington, New Jersey, formally of Ridgewood, Queens, New York, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026, at Hunterdon Medical Center, with his loving family by his side. He was 76.
Born on February 15, 1950, in Brooklyn, New York, Bill was the son of the late George and Margaret Krouslis (née Paczkowski). He built a successful career as a risk control consultant, specializing in fire protection, disaster recovery, business continuity and risk management. He was the manager of the NY office consulting operation for Chubb Insurance, and after retirement was the proud owner of LSK Consulting LLC.
Bill had a deep love for life and enjoyed spending time on the water boating. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and rarely missed a chance to watch a game or talk baseball. He had a passion for drum and bugle corps, enjoyed discussing politics, and was always eager to engage in lively conversation about both.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Linda; his son, Will Krouslis and his wife, Denise; and many cherished nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, George and John.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill’s name to the American Heart Association (www.heart.org) or the American Diabetes Association (American Diabetes Association).
Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, New Jersey 07882. A service celebrating Bill’s life will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
