Anna Kathryn Melberger

Anna Kathryn Melberger, 96, passed away peacefully at Warren Haven Nursing Home, on January 13, 2010 .
Born: May 19, 19 13 in Michigan City , Indiana , she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Dennie Pohl.
Personal: Anna was a lifelong resident of Oxford. Anna was a homemaker.
Prior to her death Anna was the oldest living resident of Oxford, NJ.
Anna loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed Bingo and trips to Atlantic City.
Memberships: Anna was a lifelong member of Oxford Colonial United Methodist Church . She was a founding member of the Oxford Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of the Oxford Seniors Young at Heart.
Survivors: her caring children, two daughters, Arlene Brands and her husband George, Burdean Bell and her husband Ralph; a son, Frederick Melberger and his wife Joan all of Oxford; six grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband Frederick passed in 1988, a son Gary Melberger passed in 2005, a brother Edward Pohl passed in 2009.
Services: There will be no visitation, services and burial will be private.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234. W. Washington , Ave. Washington , NJ 07882
