Warren J. Malmberg, 88, of Washington , NJ , passed away peacefully on December 28, 2011 at Warren Hospital .
Born: November 24, 1923 in Elizabeth , NJ , son of the late Andrew and Louise Malmberg.
Personal: Warren was a lifelong resident of the Washington area.
He worked as a printer at Quinn and Boden, Book Manufacturing in Rahway, NJ.
Warren was a parishioner at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Washington , where he could always be found volunteering as a handyman.
He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors: His loving grandson, Warren A. Malmberg of Red Bank, NJ; two great-grandchildren, Preston James Malmberg and Alexis Mesmer and several nieces and nephews.
A son, Richard Malmberg and a brother, Charles Malmberg both predeceased him.
Services: Visitation on Tuesday January 3, 2012 , 1 to 3 p.m. at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave , Washington , NJ 07882 . Funeral services Tuesday January 3, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave, Washington, NJ 07882, with Pastor Karol Van Wulfen officiating.
