Zachary George Kowal

Zachary George Kowal, 20, sadly passed away on August 22, 2024.

Zachary George was born August 29, 2003 in Hackettstown, NJ to Richard R. Kowal Jr. and Christine L."Kunz" Kowal. He was a 2022 graduate of Belvidere High School where he played football. He was a long time soccer player for White Township Youth Athletic Association. Zachary George attended Rutgers University and was studying computer science. He was an avid gamer and worked out at the gym. In his youth he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his father. In addition to his parents, Zach is survived by his siblings, Keith B. Kowal and Michele K. Kowal and a niece Evelyn Rose Kowal.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday August 29, 2024 from 12-2 PM at the Faith Discovery Church. 33 Brass Castle Rd. Washington, NJ 07882. A service celebrating Zachary's life will begin at 2:00 PM. Interment at Somerset Hills Memorial Park will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Zachary's name to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Warren County Chapter. www.namiwarren.org
