Troy St. Paul, 46, of Washington, New Jersey, passed away suddenly at his home on December 19, 2025.
Troy was born on August 31, 1979, in St. George’s, Grenada, to Paul Joseph and Barbara Duncan. He was raised in Grenada, where he graduated from Happy Hill Secondary and TAMCC. Troy later pursued a career in law enforcement and proudly served as a Police Officer in Turks and Caicos before retiring.
Following his retirement, Troy relocated to the United States, living in Newark, New Jersey, and the Poconos before ultimately settling in Washington, New Jersey with his beloved wife, Ivon “Uribe” St. Paul.
Troy was a fantastic cook who took great pride in preparing traditional meals for his family. He was an avid cricket fan and enjoyed spirited conversations about politics with family and friends. Above all, Troy cherished time spent with his loved ones and will be remembered for his warmth, passion, and devotion to family.
In addition to his loving wife Ivon and his parents, Troy is survived by his children, Tyree St. Paul and Adam St. Paul; his siblings, Marlon Duncan, Shavon Richards, Sherman Smith, and Dia Robertson; stepmother, Veda Joseph; and his maternal grandmother, Merle Campbell.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ 07882. A funeral service celebrating Troy’s life will begin at 2:00 PM. Interment will take place in Grenada at a later date.
