Tara Lynn "Katarba" Tomanelli

Tara Lynn (Katarba) Tomanelli, 46, of Boonton, NJ (formerly of Washington, NJ) passed away peacefully on March 6, 2020 at Morristown Medical Center with her loving family by her side. Tara was born in Easton, PA on July 12, 1973 to the late Joel Katarba and Amelia (Millie) Katarba. Tara was a graduate of Warren Hills High School Class of 1991. She went on to further her education at the Mansfield University majoring in Business. She was employed as a financial advisor and loan officer for Chase Bank. Tara loved to travel and go to the beach. She enjoyed dancing and was an excellent cook. Above all she loved to spend time with her family, friends and her dog. She will be sadly missed. She is survived by her cherished children, daughter, Michaela Tomanelli and son, Dominick Tomanelli, her loving mother Millie Katarba, caring brother, Joseph Katarba, her husband Michael Tomanelli, her companion Henrik Arndt and her faithful companion Boyd. She is preceded in death by her father, Joel Katarba who passed in 2010. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 5-8 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral service will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Monsignor Terrance Lawler officiating in the funeral home.
