Sylvia Green

Sylvia L. Green, 85, of Frenchtown, NJ passed away peacefully on November 14, 2016 in Raritan Township, NJ. Sylvia was born on June 28, 1931 in Valley Station, Kentucky to the late Austin and Eloy Wilkins. She met and married the love of her life William Green in 1949. Sylvia was employed as a sales associate for Sears and Levy Department Store. She then went on to work at the Stone Arch Nursing Home prior to her retirement in 1989. Sylvia was a parishioner of Knob Creek Church in West Point Kentucky. She enjoyed sewing and cooking. She wrote many recipes for the Eastern Star. She will be sadly missed. She is survived by her devoted husband William. Her loving son, Roy Dale Green and his wife Harriett and her cherished granddaughter Rebecca Elizabeth Green. In abiding with Sylvia's wishes, services will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
