Susan Rose

Susan Rose, 62, of Washington, NJ, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at her home.

Born on March 24, 1964, in Plainfield, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Malpere) Rose. Susan was a graduate of Warren Tech High School and worked for many years as an in-home health aide.

Susan enjoyed collecting antiques, watching movies, and traveling to the beach, especially her annual trips to Seaside Heights. She had a love for music and considered herself one of the world's biggest Led Zeppelin fans. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

She is survived by her daughters, Suzi Rose and Riki Werner; her significant other, Steven; and her grandchildren, Jack Rose, Gage Todd, and Scarlett Todd.

Susan is also survived by her siblings, Joanne Hoffman and her husband, Gerald Sr.; Mary Ann Rusnak and her husband, Paul; Kim Rose and her significant other, Margaret Takacs; and David Rose. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Susan was predeceased by her father, Joseph Rose, and her mother, Josephine Rose.

Family and friends may pay their respects during a memorial visitation on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ 07882.  The family would like everyone attending to wear purple in memory of Susan.
