Stephen Jost

Stephen J. (Impy) Jost 70 of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully on February 7, 2014 at Kindred Hospital in Dover, NJ. Born: on May 4, 1943 in New York City to the late Nicholas Jost and Jean Jost of Mansfield, NJ. Personal: Stephen was a Jeweler for more then 50 years working with the family business Jost Brothers Jewelry of New York and Washington, NJ. Stephen was known as a hard working man who always found time for his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors: His loving wife of 50 years Susan Mewhinney Jost; His mother Jean Jost; a daughter Elizabeth A. Thompson and her husband Michael; two sons Stephen C. Jost and Charles E. Jost and his wife Sheri; a brother Nicholas Todd Jost and a sister Jean Fucci; four grandchildren Samantha, Noah, Bailey and Skyley. Stephen is also survived by three cousins and many nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by his father Nicholas. Services: Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
