Ruthann Rush

Ruthann Rush, 74, of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2016 with her family by her side. Born on August 6, 1942 in Phillipsburg, NJ to Vladimir and Gladys Herman. Ruthann was a graduate of Pen Argyl High School class of 1960. She met and married the love of her life Ace Rush in 1970. Ruthann worked at SLN Newspaper Store in Washington and also at Warren Haven Nursing Home as a dietary assistant. She was of the Methodist faith. Ruthann enjoyed playing cards with friends and having lunch with the ladies. Above all she loved her children and grandchildren. She treasured every moment spent with them. She is survived by her loving sons, Gary Lee Rush and his wife Tammy and Jason A Rush and his wife Christine. A brother Barry Herman and her cherished grandsons, Zachary and Alexander Rush. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband Ace Rush who passed in 2011. And a sister Sandra Bolmer. A graveside service will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at the Washington Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Hill Road, Washington, NJ 07882.
