Robert Sattel

Robert "Bob" Sattel, 66, of Oxford, N.J., passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 6, 2013. Visitation is Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, N.J. 07882. The funeral service is Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Cremation will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, N.J. 07882. Robert was born in Oceanside, N.Y., on Sept. 27, 1946, to the late Kurt and Katherine Sattel. He also lived in Colorado before moving to Oxford. He was a moving estimator with Mayflower in Edison, N.J., before retiring in 2009. Bob enjoyed playing and coaching basketball. He was an avid N.Y. Yankees fan and a N.Y. Giants season ticket holder. Above all, Bob loved horse racing. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Eloise; two daughters, Laraine and Margot; two sons, Scott and Lucas; a brother, Jack, and four grandchildren.
