Robert Lawrence

Robert P. Lawrence 77, of Asbury, NJ passed away suddenly on June 3, 2015. Born on June 2, 1938 in Johnstown, PA to the late Martin and Frances Lawrence. Bob served proudly in the US Army during peacetime. He moved to Asbury in 1972. Bob earned his Bachelor's degree in business & education from Indiana University in Indiana, PA. He was a Business Ed teacher for more than 30 years with the Irvington School District, retiring in 1994. Survivors: He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Kathryn; Sons Robert Lawrence and his wife Mary Elizabeth, Thomas Lawrence and his wife Keri; A brother Richard Lawrence; 4 grandchildren Kendall, Kristen, Keeley and Ryan. Bob was preceded in death by a brother Martin Lawrence. Services: Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday June 13, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
