Rinsel Velazquez

Rinsel Velazquez, 59 aka. Mama of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband by her side. Rinsel was born on November 2, 1960 in Mayaguez Puerto Rico to the late Miguel Jusino and Angelica Ruiz. Rinsel was employed as a salesperson for Shoprite, Family Dollar amongst other retail stores in Washington for many years. She also worked as a care giver for Warren Haven Nursing Home, Hunterdon Hills Nursing Home and Rolling Hills Nursing Home. Rinsel enjoyed making crafts and decorating her home. She loved her dogs. Often dressing them up in different costumes throughout the year. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends at Pub 186, The Draught House on rt 31. VFW in Glen Gardner and other local establishments. Rinsel is survived by her husband of 36 years Rafael; her sisters, Lidia I. Jusino and Margarita Jusino; her brothers, Miguel Jusino and Wilmer Jusino. Her dogs that she treated like her children, Silver, Roxy and Bruno. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday September 19, 2020 from 1-3 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington NJ. 07882.
