Richard Ferguson

Richard N. Ferguson, 61, of Oxford, NJ formerly of Colonia, NJ passed away peacefully on May 23, 2017 at Newark Beth Israel Hospital. He was born on January 18, 1956 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Robert and Sara Ferguson Richard graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas high school class of 1974. Richard served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked as a chef for the Marina Diner in Belford, NJ for many years. Richard loved to play golf and enjoyed watching the golf channel. He was a NY Jets football fan. Richard is survived by a sister Gale Fotinos and her husband Emmanuel. His nieces; Tammi Fotinos, Michele Quigley and her husband Brian. Nephews George Fotinos and Gerhard Sommer. Great Nieces Brian Jr ,Sara, Miranda and Staci. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Patricia Voorhees, and a brother Bradford Ferguson. Friends and family may pay their respects on Saturday June 3, 2017 from 12-2 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
