Richard J.T. Armstrong

Richard J.T Armstrong, 69, a lifelong resident of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully on December 6, 2021 at Country Arch Nursing Home in Pittstown, NJ Richard was born on May 4, 1952. He was adopted soon after by his loving parents, John and Lenora Armstrong. Richard was a collector of maps and phone books. This collection began with his many travels around the world with his parents. He especially loved firetrucks and ambulances. He was a history buff and enjoyed his trips to Gettysburg and Atlantic City. During a trip to a golf outing in Arizona he met Alice Cooper and was thrilled to have his photo taken with him. He was an animal lover and will be remembered as a caring person with a kind soul. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his caregiver Robyn Lombardo, and her children, Nicole Lombardo and Philip Lombardo. He is also survived by his guardian Jan Richter and many friends. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 1:00 at the Musconetcong Valley Cemetery, 78 Valley Road, Hampton, NJ 08827 Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W.
