Marguerite Edmiston

Marguerite L. Edmiston, 96 of Belvidere, NJ passed away April 8, 2015. She was born on September 5, 1918 in White township to the late Jessie and Jacob Balkenberg. Marguerite was a graduate of Belvidere High School Class of 1936. She then pursued a career in nursing retiring 26 years ago. Marguerite along with her husband Charles Edmiston enjoyed buying and selling antiques and frequent visits to various flea markets. She is survived by her son Robert Becroft and 2 daughters Audrey Allen and husband Bill and Dorothy Becroft. 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Marguerite was preceded in death by a daughter Carol Hartzel, her 1st husband Johnny Winget (1944), her 2nd husband Robert Becroft (1970), her 3rd husband Charles Edmiston (2005), a brother Louis and a sister Winifred. Graveside services were 10 AM Saturday April 11, 2015 at Belvidere Cemetery, Belvidere, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice 99 Sparta Drive, Newton, NJ 07860.
