Margaret Rathyen, 87, of Washington, died at home on Monday, October 12, 2009 . Born: In Bayonne, NJ to Walter and Marguerite Williams Humphreys, on July 9, 19 22 and moved to Washington from Somerville 30 years ago. Personal: Margaret was devoted to her family and in her leisure, enjoyed reading, puzzles and old movies. Survivors: Margaret is survived by one son, Raymond Rathyen II and his wife, Donna of Easton, PA; two daughters, Marjorie Jean 'Marjean' and her husband Joseph Dante, with whom Margaret lived, and Carol Ann and her husband Lawrence Littman of Virginia Beach, VA; sister, Jeanne Rizkella of Cranford; six grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Joseph, Kelli, Rebecca and Lisa; seven great-grandchildren, Austin, Alyssandra, Aaron, Damian, Heidi, Ava and Luke. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond in 1979 and also her sisters: Helen Hayec and Edna Boyle. Services: Margaret's Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday at St Theodore RC Church, Port Murray, with interment following in Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge, NJ.
