John Henry Oostdyk

John Henry Oostdyk, 83, of Asbury, NJ passed away on March 4, 2021 at Hunterdon Medical Center. He came into this world on April 26, 1937. He was welcomed by his parents Engle and Hilda Oostdyk and four siblings, and then joined soon after by another six siblings. He married Outi, his high school sweetheart, graduated college, then helped to build the family trucking business until he retired to enjoy the farm in Asbury, New Jersey. John and Outi are loved by three daughters, six grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. John is well loved and respected by many many nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances. John's faith in the LORD has been realized as he is now enjoying his heavenly home, joining all those believers who have gone on before him. The family thanks each of you for all your well wishes, prayers, stories and remembrances. To honor John, whose family meant everything to him, the family requests that instead of sending flowers you gather your own family, have dinner, love, laugh and enjoy time together.
