Joan Wiseburn

Joan E. Wiseburn, 77, of Washington Twp., died peacefully Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Brakley Park Care Center . Born: May 24, 19 31 in Easton , Pa , daughter of the late James and Hattie Hill. Personal: Her husband, Roy passed away in 1996. She was a lifelong Washington resident. Joan was a driver for over 25 years at Abilities of NW Jersey. Earlier in her life she worked for Consumer Research and Tung-Sol both in Washington . She graduated from Washington High School , Class of 1949. Joan enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Memberships: She was a member of United Methodist Church in Washington . She was also a member of the Washington Boro Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. Survivors: Her loving children, a son, Gary Wiseburn and his wife, Cindy of Washington; a daughter, Karen Mazza and her husband, Mike of Jarrettsville, MD; an aunt, Anna Weber of Allamuchy, NJ; two grandchildren, Jamie Diaz and her husband, Gary and Gregg Wiseburn; a great-granddaughter, Penelope. Services: Visitation will be Tuesday, January 27, from 6-9PM in the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 Wast Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882. Ladies Auxiliary Service will be held at 8PM . Funeral Services have been rescheduled for Thursday January 29, 2009 at 10:00 am with Rev. William Noll officiating in the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Belvidere Cemetery . Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave. , Washington , NJ 07882 .
