Joan Fischer
Joan Fischer 72 of the Port Colden section of Washington Township passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. Joan was born on March 4, 1938 to the late George and Eleanor Fischer. Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.
