Gloria was born in Elizabeth, NJ to the late William and Frances Queen. Christened Rara by her first grandchild, she was a member of the rapidly passing “Greatest Generation", her life spanning nearly a century; from the Roaring 20's through the Twitter 2010's. Gloria enjoyed shopping (and returning most of the items purchased), was a collector of clocks (having at one time 10 in her one bedroom apartment - she was never late for anything) and loved potting plants and arranging window boxes on her deck. Gloria is survived by a son, Peter Hourihan and his wife Mary, of Washington NJ; 2 grandchildren, Peter Hourihan Jr. of Stroudsburg, Pa and Margaret Helen Hourihan of Los Angelas, CA.
