Estella Smith

Estella S. Smith, 86, of Harmony Twp., NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday September 13, 2014 at Brakeley Park Center in Lopatcong, NJ after a 4 year battle against breast cancer. Born: March 28, 1928 in Easton, Pennsylvania to the late Francis and Martha Moser. Personal: Estella was a lifelong resident of Harmony. She was predeceased by her loving husband Richard W. Smith, sisters Betty, Arlene, Helen, Bernice, and brother Arthur. She was formerly employed by Oxwall Tool & Die but was a homemaker the majority of her life, devoting herself to her family. Estella had many interests, she enjoyed puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune, going to the beach, and she especially loved hummingbirds. Above all she loved her family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Survivors: her beloved children, 2 sons Larry Smith and his companion Sharon, Robert Smith and his wife Sharon, a daughter Lorraine Callandra and her companion Bill. Estella's sister, Anna Parry, 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews as well as her companion of 20 years Donald Hoy. Services: Family and friends may call on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 from 4-6:00 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave, Washington, NJ. Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
