Elsie Dritschel

WASHINGTON, NJ- Elsie G. Dritschel (nee Nieto), 79, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2014 with her family by her side. She was born on February 17, 1935 in Jersey City. Elsie resided in Port Reading and West Palm Beach before moving to Washington, NJ. She was a past President of Don Bosco Columbianetts of Port Reading, NJ. Elsie had a "master" talent for crocheting and truly enjoyed traveling with her husband and friends. She will be remembered as a woman who enjoyed life and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her devoted husband of 62 years Robert Dritschel. Loving children Susan Gomez and son in law Richard of Flemington, Robert Dritschel and daughter in law Carolyn of Flemington, Ronald Dritschel of Port Murray and Mary McAdams and son in law John of Washington. Many cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren. A brother Jack Fleet of North Augusta, SC. She is predeceased by her parents Daniel and Elsie Nieto and a daughter Debra Moragas. Viewing will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 7:30-8:30 am at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington, NJ followed by a 9 am funeral liturgy at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 200 West Carlton Ave., Washington, NJ. Entombment will be conducted at Gate of Heaven Cemetery & Mausoleum, 225 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, NJ. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
