Ellen Stoessel

Ellen M. "Nellie" Stoessel, 43, of Canonsburg, Pa, died Monday, June 5, 2006. Born: On January 6, 1963 in Summit, NJ, she was a daughter of Johanna M. Lynch and the late Christopher Lynch of Oxford, NJ. Personal: She was the beloved wife of Steven F. Stoessel. Nellie was a graduate of Warren Hills Regional Senior High School and Pennsylvania State University, State College Campus, Class of 1985. She worked in juvenile corrections, Department of Probation in both Morris County, NJ and the state of Virginia. Memberships: She was a member of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, Pittsburgh, Pa. Survivors: Beloved wife of Steven F.; dear mother of Christopher, Matthew, and Stephanie Stoessel; sister of John Lynch and his wife Marianne and children, James Lynch and his wife Balsorah, and son; and JoAnne Ward and children; and has many extended family members in Ireland. Services: A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, June 10, 2006. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Washington, NJ. Memorial arrangements are entrusted to the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ 07882.
