Dorothy Ivanhoe

Dorothy A. Ivanhoe 82, of the Brookfield section of White Twp passed away peacefully at Hackettstown Medical Center on September 30, 2013 Born: on April 20, 1931 in Monroe Michigan to the late Andrew and Anna Urban. Personal: Dorothy graduated from Julia Richman high school in New York City class of 1949. She was a retail store owner for businesses such as Kathe Lucy Gifts in Kenvil, NJ. She was an avid reader. She enjoyed camping and fishing with her family. She also loved to travel and cook. Survivors: Her loving husband of 63 years John J. Ivanhoe; a son Philip J. Ivanhoe and his wife Hong Jiang; two daughters Nancy A. Heckel and Pamela M. Ivanhoe; three grandchildren Elizabeth, Carly and John. Services: will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorials: in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to Byram Animal Rescue Kindness Squad P.O. Box 593 Stanhope, New Jersey, 07874. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
