Diane J. Hicswa, 73, Formerly of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully at Hunterdon Medical Center on January 28, 2020. Diane was born on June 9, 1946 in Suffern, NY to the late Donald and Christine Cronk. Diane was employed as a CNA for St. Joseph Hospital in Patterson, NJ for many years. Her loving husband Andrew Hicswa passed away in 2011. She was a past parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Washington. She enjoyed shopping and loved animals especially her dogs Libby and Sabastian. she also enjoyed watching the NY Giants Diane is survived by her daughters, Shari Mahon and her partner Dave Bennett and Jeannie Planthaber; a son, Donald Hicswa and his partner Tiffany; Granddaughters, Brandi and Krystle; and 3 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Diane was preceded in death by 2 brothers. Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday February 3, 2020 from 5-7 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral services will be celebrated immediately following at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at Summerfield Cemetery.
