Dawn E Mclaughlin

Dawn E. McLaughlin, 57, of Spotswood, NJ passed away suddenly on June 1, 2022 at Old Bridge Medical Center.

Dawn was born on September 10, 1964 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Richard C. and Eleanor McLaughlin. She attended Sheepshead Bay High School. Dawn was employed as a manager for Shoprite in Spotswood, NJ. She enjoyed going to the beach and visiting friends and family. Dawn was a lover of animals.

Dawn is survived by a niece Maureen Finn and her husband Matthew; a nephew Brian McLaughlin; a sister in-law Jackie McLaughlin; her cat Journee and many cousins. In addition to her parents, Dawn was preceded in death by a brother Richard S. McLaughlin and her partner Stevan Curry.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday June 7, 2022 from 6-8:30 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. A funeral service celebrating Dawn's life will begin at 8:30 PM at the funeral home. Interment at St. Charles Resurrection Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Dawn's name to Sammy's Hope Animal Welfare & Adoption Center. 1400 Main St. Sayreville, NJ 08872.
