Daniel J. Phillips, 53, of Washington, NJ, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004 in his home. Born: On June 29, 1951 in Jersey City, NJ, he was a son of the late Joseph and Irene Murphy Phillips. Personal: He moved to Washington, NJ ten years ago from Plainfield, NJ. He was a member of the Warren County Mental Health Board. He was also on the Warren County Transportation Advisory Council. Survivors: He is survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services: A memorial service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home in Washington.
