Betty Kerkendall

Betty D. Kerkendall, 80, of Kunkletown , PA , and formerly of Blairstown and Washington , NJ , died peacefully, Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital , Lehighton , PA. Born: March 26, 19 29 , in Washington , NJ , she was a daughter of the late William and Alice Baldwin. Personal: Betty was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith. Survivors: In addition to her loving husband of 49 years William; a daughter Betty Rounsaville and her husband Almon of DeRuyter, NY; four sons, William Butler of Bloomsbury, NJ, Raymond Kerkendall and his wife Tina of Colden, NY, Robert Kerkendall of Elizabeth City, NC, John Kerkendall and his wife Tracy of Columbia, NJ; a brother Frank Baldwin of Washington, NJ; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers Lew and Robert Baldwin. Services: Visitation will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, August 24, 2009 at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue , Washington , NJ . The funeral service will follow the visitation at 1 p.m. with Rev. William Noll officiating. Burial will be in Musconetcong Valley Cemetery , Hampton .
