Bertha A. Cook, 96, of Andover, NJ, died on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 in Newton Memorial Hospital. Born: On June 29, 1908 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Bertha Petrle Ronovsky. Personal: Her husband, Walter, died in 1980. Bertha lived most of her adult life in Washington, NJ. She was co-owner of Cook's Grocery Store in Washington Township for 25 years. Memberships: She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors: She is survived by a niece, Elizabeth Para of Stillwater, NJ; and a nephew, James McKechnie of North Plainfield, NJ. Services: Will be private and held at the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington. Burial will be private and held at the Washington Cemetery.
