Doris
H. Young, 80, of Greensboro, Ga., formerly of Washington,
died Wednesday, March 10, 2004, in Eatonton, Ga.
Born: April 23, 1923, in Sussex, N.J., a daughter
of the late Harold Hochkin Sr. and Lottie Leek.
Personal: Her beloved husband, Rolland E.,
died earlier.
She graduated from Hampton High School, class of 1941, and Churchman's
Business School in Easton, class of 1943.
Doris was an administrative assistant for Warren Haven Nursing
Home in Mansfield Township, N.J., for 25 years, retiring in
1989.
Memberships: She was a member of the United
Methodist Church in Washington.
Survivors: a son, Stephen E. and his wife,
Alicia, of Greensboro, Ga.; a sister, Geraldine Bogart of Hampton;
and two grandchildren, Amber and Eric Young of Greensboro, Ga.
A daughter, Judith J. Young, a son, Rolland M., and a brother,
Harold Hochkin Jr., all died earlier.
Services: 12 p.m. Monday in Warren Hills Memorial
Home, 234 W. Washington Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Douglas
Spencer officiating. Call 11 a.m. to time of service Monday
in the funeral home. Burial will be in Musconetcong Valley Cemetery
