Michael "Mickey" Winters, 65, of
Washington, NJ, died Monday, May 31, 2004, in his home with
his family by his side.
Born: May 12, 1939 in Phillipsburg, NJ, a son
of Henry and Elizabeth "Lombardi" Winters.
Personal: He and his wife, the former, Joan
Kloepfer were married for 40 years. He owned and operated M.T.
Winters Trucking in Washington, NJ. He was a lifelong resident
of Washington, NJ. He was an avid Nascar and football fan, but
his true love was spending time with his grandchildren. He graduated
from Washington High School in 1957.He served in the Army.
Memberships: He was a member of St. Joseph
Catholic Church.
Survivors: his loving wife; two daughters,
MicheleNewhouse of Hellertown, Pa, JoAnn Loveatz of Washington,
NJ; a son, Michael Jr. of Washington, NJ; three sisters, Beverly
Vogt of Bath, Pa, Carol Hahn of Va and Mary Ann Rush of Rieglesville,
Pa; a brother, Jack of Hershey, Pa; four granddaughters, Victoria
and Faith Winters, Gianna and Kira Loveatz.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrate on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the church, 200 West Washington
Ave., Washington, NJ. Call Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. in the Warren
Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 Washington Ave. Washington, NJ.
Call Wednesday from 10 a.m. to time of
service in the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery,
