Joanne F. Sives, 65, of Washington, NJ, died Wednesday, May 10, 2006 in Easton Hospital.
Born: On August 14, 1940 in Washington, DC, she was a daughter of the late William and Lorraine Ryan.
Personal: Joanne and her husband, Ronald, were married for 47 years.
She lived in Washington for 32 years, moving there from Hackettstown, NJ.  She was a homemaker.
Joanne loved the mountains, camping, and the beach.  She was an avid swimmer and especially enjoyed spending time with and caring for her grandchildren.  She also found pleasure in Atlantic City getaways with her husband.
Memberships: She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Washington.
Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, Ronald, she is survived by two daughters, Sandra Lynn Robertson of Holland Township, NJ, and Kathleen Patricia Sives of Ontario, Canada; two sons, Ronald Jr. of South Plainfield, NJ, and Mark Andrew of Washington, NJ; a sister, Patricia Scherer of Georgia; three brothers, William Ryan of Landing, NJ, Theodore Wahlers of Bellville, and Robert Wahlers of Bloomfield; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services: Visitation will be Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the church, 200 W. Carlton Avenue, Washington, NJ.  Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Washington.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 W.
