Mildred Schellenburg
April 11, 1922 - February 6, 2007

Mildred “Millie” Schellenburg, 84, of Washington, NJ, died on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at her home.
Born: On April 11, 1922 in Kenilworth, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Gregory and Viola Amorosa.
Personal: Her loving husband of 55 years, William, died in 2000. Millie owned and operated Millie’s Luncheonette & Vegetable Stand in Glen Gardner.  Mildred also managed the cafeteria for the Oxford Central School. She enjoyed gardening, flea markets, crafts, and Atlantic City.  Mildred was a loving, caring mother and wife.
Memberships: She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Washington where she was also a member of the Altar Rosary.  Mildred was a devoted Catholic who was very dedicated in prayer.  She was also a member of the Warren County Election Board for 25 years.
Survivors: She is survived by a daughter, Judy Schellenburg of Hackettstown, NJ; a sister, Sara Malpere of Cranford, NJ; and many nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Joseph and Charles, and two sisters, Virginia and Grace, all died earlier.
Services: Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass at the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ.  A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with Fr. Blaise Baran officiating at the church, 200 Carlton Avenue, Washington, NJ 07882.  Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Washington.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, Washington, NJ.  To send online condolences, please visit www.warrenhillsmemorialhome.com.
