-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Norma and family, I was saddened to hear of the death of your father in today’s Express Times, and wanted to extend my sympathies. I met your dad when I was the KAQ Hospice aide who took care of your mother Anna. I remember your dad with fondness especially your dad’s love of cooking and his wonderful garden and his gentle smile. It was always such joy to have him share one of his delicious meals with me. I also remember his giving me fresh cilantro from his garden, and being surprised that I knew what it was. To this day, whenever I use cilantro, I think of him and his generosity. I also remember the beautiful card you sent me, thanking me for caring for your mother. I still have it in a special book of memories. People come into our lives when we need them and touch our hearts and souls. Your dad has a permanent space in my heart, as does your mom and you also. May our risen Lord and Savior comfort you and your family as you mourn the loss of your Dad. God bless you with comfort and peace. Judy O. Nordell (Easton, PA)
