-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dear Scott & Family, I was so sorry to hear about your dad’s passing.  He will always live on in your memories and in your heart.  You are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless, Sharon Kay (Davis) Horvath. Stewartsville, NJ
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Scott and Family: I am so sorry to find out about your dad. I remember him so well, just like it was yesterday, when we were kids living in Washington. I would come by your house on Washington Ave. and he would be working on someone’s watch. Your dad was a true gentleman and I am a better person for knowing him. Respectfully....Jerry Coleman
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I grew up in the neighborhood with the Petty family. My parents and the Petty’s were friends. Like most kids in the neighborhood our fathers were proud World War II Veterans. I attended school and played sports with Skeeter. Skeeter was the quarterback when we beat Belvidere High School in one of my most memorable HS football games. I recall Glen being one of my all time favorite Blue Streaks football heroes. I remember that Mr. and Mrs. Petty were fine people and always at the games. Mr. Petty was a kind, loving and friendly man. I pray that the Lord’s peace be upon the Petty’s at this time of great sorrow at loss of their father, grand father and great grandfather.  Chuck Roseberry, PhD Washington, NJ
