Elva
L. Morgan, 79, of Columbia, N.J., died Friday, January 23, 2004,
in her home.
Born:
September 13, 1924 in Port Huron, Mich., she was a daughter
of the late Edward Kelly and Sara Chase.
Personal:
She was a homemaker and had lived in Columbia for 40 years.
She and her husband, Maloney, were married for 55 years. She
enjoyed cooking and sewing.
Memberships:
She was a member and past Matron of the Order of Eastern Star
Washington Chapter 136.
Survivors:
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Marion
Smith, of Flint, Mich., three sons, Ronald McEachen, of Columbia,
Dennis Morgan of Blairstown, and Maloney Morgan, at home; twelve
grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. A daughter, Sally
McEachen, and a son, Glyndon McEachen, both died earlier.
Services:
Call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial
Home, with Order of Eastern Star sevices at 8 p.m. Cremation
is being handled by H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg.
