Margaret Ann Mayberry
June 26, 1934 - September 2, 2007

Margaret Ann Mayberry, 73, of Mansfield Township, NJ, died Sunday, September 2, 2007 in the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, after a short illness.
Born: On June 26, 1934 in Leominster, England, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and S. Alice Hicks.
Personal: She and her husband, Melvin Jay, were married for 53 years. Margaret was educated in England. She was a 49 year resident of Mansfield Township, moving there from England. She was a homemaker. She will be missed by all that knew her. Memberships: Margaret was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Oxford, NJ, where she volunteered her housekeeping services to the church and rectory for Fr. Frances Vaz.
Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, Melvin, she is survived by two daughters, Karen A. Bowers and her husband Kevin of Stewartsville and Michele J. Guarriello and her husband Nicholas of Belvidere, NJ; a sister, Frances Haslam and her husband Graham of Manchester, England; a brother, Thomas and his wife Shirley of Salford, England, and four grandchildren, Nicholas Jr., Sarah, Justine and Austin. A granddaughter, Natasha E. Bowers, died in 1987.
Services: Visitation will be held Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Father Michael Saharic officiating. Cremation will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home, Washington, NJ.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mansfield Emergency Squad, P.O. Box 131, Airport Road, Port Murray, NJ 07865; or to Common Sense for Animals, P.O.
