Mary Ellen Gramberg, 70, of Blairstown, NJ, died Tuesday, October 24, 2006 in Easton Hospital.
Born: On May 9, 1936 in Washington, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary McGuire.
Personal: She and her husband Charles A., were married for 48 years. Mary was a homemaker. She lived in Blairstown for 48 years, moving there from Oxford, NJ. She graduated from Washington High School, Class of 1954. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and reading. She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors: In addition to her loving husband, Charles, she is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Marrese and her fiancé, Daniel of Phillipsburg, NJ; a son, Charles M. and his wife Karen of East Stroudsburg; two brothers, Charles McGuire of Long Valley, and Patrick McGuire of Oxford; a sister, Lorraine Percarpio of Florida; and six grandchildren, Renee, Ryan, BrieAnn, Charles, Taylor, and Nicole. A son, Ronald, and a brother, Gerald, both died earlier.
Services: Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 88 Academy Street, Oxford, NJ. Burial will be in Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Blairstown.
