My deepest sympathies to Craig's family and friends.  My memories of Craig's short time in Hampton are all happy ones.  He ran our Summer Recreational Program for the children of the Borough and he touched and enriched so many lives.  Certainly we regret his passing but we also feel indebted for the time he spent with us. I was a 3rd grade student of Mr. Fallen's in 1977-78.  He was a great teacher and a great person, and I am thankful for the opportunity to learn from him.  My prayers are with his family.  Frank Rush, Jr, Emerald Isle, NC

He was a very smart man. I was in his class in 2002-2003.   He was my favorite teacher ever.  I will miss him a lot.  I really appreciated how he took the time to send congratulations to me everytime I made the honor roll, even after I was no longer a student of his.  I loved his love of teaching - especially how he would dress up as the mad scientist.  He made learning fun!  In one Science class, I remember how he dropped an egg to see if it was hard boiled.  The egg exploded and went everywhere.  The whole class was covered in egg.  It was hilarious.  My mom also enjoyed helping out by being the room mother that year. Mr. Fallen has inspired me to do my best in school and also has made me love it.  He will be sorely missed. Christina Serridge (Age 12 1/2)
