Eleanor H. Chodaczok

Eleanor H. Chodaczok, 86, of Lebanon Township, NJ, died on Thursday, October 6, 2005 in Little Brook Nursing Home, Lebanon, NJ, where she was the longest resident.
Born: On November 16, 1918 in Newark, NJ, she was a daughter of the late William and Mildred Simulov.
Personal: Her husband of 52 years, Nicholas, died in 1997. A previous resident of Newark and Mountainside, NJ, Eleanor was a homemaker. Earlier in her life, she worked as a laborer for LaCross Co. in Newark. Eleanor graduated from Central High School, Newark, Class of 1937. She was a wonderful cook who would rival any chef, she specialized in Hungarian and Russian dishes. She also was a talented baker. Eleanor was an avid reader; she enjoyed gardening and Russian dancing.
Survivors: She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Fallen and her husband, Craig of Washington, NJ; a sister, Mildred Wlosek of Bricktown, NJ; a sister-in-law, Olga Szelest of Freehold; three grandchildren, Kerry Sancomb and her husband, Larry of Baltimore, Md, Keith Fallen of Los Angeles, Ca, and Kristen Fallen of Kissimmee, Fla.; and a great-granddaughter, Natalie.
Services: Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Warren Hills/Ford Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. with calling hours from 9 a.m. until the time of the service in the funeral home. Burial will be in Hollywood Memorial Cemetery, Union, NJ.
