Helen M. Burmeister, 86, of Oxford,
died Friday, March 19, 2004, in Warren Hospital.
Born: May 8, 1917 in Jersey City, a daughter
of the late Lewis Keating and Nellie Collins.
Personal: She was a Quality Control Inspector
for American Can Co., Washington, NJ. She retired in 1982after
20 years. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinsons High School
in Jersey City, class of 1935. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
She loved to cook.
Memberships: She was a member of St Rose of
Lima Catholic Church in Oxford.
Survivors: her loving husband of 64years, Nelson;
a daughter, Bernadette Tuttle of Belvidere; two brothers, Robert
Keating of Jersey City and Harold Keating of Calif.; twograndchildren,
Michelle Armbrecht of White Township and George Armbrecht of
Hope; three greatgrandchildren, Anthony, Amber and Paul.
Services: A Mass with Fr Charles Sabella officiating
will be held 10 a.m.Tuesday in the church, 85 Academy Street,
Oxford. Call 2 to 4 and 7 to9 p.m. Monday in the Warren Hills/
Ford Memorial Home, 234 WestWashington Avenue, Washington, NJ.
