-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I wish to express my condolences to the family of Wilma Outersky. I worked with your mom, grandmother, great- grandmother at Edna Mahan Correctional Facility. She was always a strong and motivated woman who I admired from the first time is met her. She pathed the way for so many of us females in the department showing us that, yes , you can be a leader and take it all the way to the top.  I pray that God will bless her and that he will strengthen you during this difficult time. She has touched so many of our lives and she will be missed. My name is Cassandra Watson  ( former Sergeant Watson ) and it was an honor to know and cross
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dear Family of Ms. Wilma Outersky, I was so sorry to read about the death of Ms. Outersky in the obituaries. I understand how difficult it is when a loved one dies. What helps me to cope is the scripture at Acts 24:15 because it explains that there will be a resurrection of our dead loved ones in the near future. I find this scripture very reassuring. My condolences go out to the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Kim Burd, Delaware
